By signing in to or using mathmahir.com ("MathMahir"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping it secure.
Your account is personal. Do not share it or let others use your access.
Keep your profile information accurate.

2. Course access

Access to paid course content is granted by our team after payment is confirmed.
Access applies to the enrolled student only and may be removed if these terms are broken.
Lectures, slides, practice sheets and exams are provided for your personal study.
Fees and offers are shown on each course page and may change over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Record, download, copy, re-upload or share lectures or course materials
Share links or access with people who have not enrolled
Try to bypass access controls, or probe or disrupt the site
Post abusive, unlawful, misleading or spam content in comments
Upload images you do not have the right to share

4. Comments and content you post

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it on the platform. We and our administrators may remove comments that break these terms. You are responsible for what you post.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, logos and materials belong to Mahir Asif / MathMahir and are protected by copyright. Enrolling gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the content, not to own or redistribute it.

6. Availability

We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Videos are provided through YouTube and depend on its availability. We may update, change or pause features at any time.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled case by case. Please contact us before or soon after enrolling if you have a concern.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove access without refund if you break these terms, share your account, or misuse course content. You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Courses are provided to support your studies, and we cannot guarantee any particular exam result. To the extent permitted by law, MathMahir is provided "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The date above shows the latest revision.
